NextCHAPTER is able to sort, organize and pack at your pace so that you have the time to go through this sometimes emotional process in a time frame that works for you.
We Assist in the Sale or Donation of the Property That Is Not Going to Your New Home
We will work through a trusted network of Estate Sale professionals, auctioneers, charities, antique dealers & appraisers, and junk "haul away" companies to ensure that your home will be cleaned out and left in "broom clean" condition. We can even arrange to have the house professionally cleaned for its sale.
We Manage Your
We recommend and coordinate with moving companies, negotiate prices, contracts and terms, and ensure that all details are taken care of, including coordinating moving details with your new community . We oversee moving day to ensure that everything is handled smoothly and according to the transition plan we have agreed upon.

Your New Home
After professionally packing your belongings in advance through the sorting process, we completely unpack and set up your new home. We set up your kitchen, bathrooms, and storage areas, connect electronic devices, make beds, hang pictures and set out decorative items, according to your wishes & design. Finally, we remove all boxes and packing materials, leaving you to quickly settle into your new home.
Personal Organizing, Estate Cleanout &
We are able to customize our services to a number of unique projects. Some seniors wish to organize and clean out some of their belongings, or even make adjustments to their house as they have decided to stay in their homes and age-in-place.
